Because it consists essentially of a lot of protein and a small amount of fat composition, so it has the human health, environmental and production efficiency has a traditional red meat can not compare the advantages and the development of social value.

The nutritional content of artificial meat can be controlled by man, so it is more beneficial to human health. Red meat has been proven to contain antibiotics in most markets, and some meats are high in fat. In addition, livestock will also have a chance to carry viruses that can be transmitted to humans, which are harmful to people’s health. As information spreads faster and faster, people generally have a deep understanding of maintaining good health, and they are willing to try various ways to maintain their health on food, such as tasting vegetarian food, formulating low-calorie recipes, and using hormone-free and pesticide-free vegetables. Although the taste of artificial meat is currently not the same as that of natural meat, it can do better in maintaining human health.

Thus artificial meat available on the market has formed a natural meat and traditional competing trends, it is more customized saving health protection, land and water resources for human advantage.Gardner, G.E. et al. (2015) believes that if conventional meat is scarce due to increased demand, it will become expensive. And artificial meat improves its taste and adds more nutritional factors. Artificial meat will provide a lot of cheap market terminals.

Overall, the artificial meat industry still needs to improve many aspects, such as the safety and nutritional review of other ingredients in food, so as to exclude people from having adverse reactions after consumption; the strict requirements of hygiene in the production process, so that artificial meat is avoided pollution, human health management more helpful; and government support in law and policy, if a national ban on eating meat on a man-made law, then the industry will reduce the space can be developed to a certain extent. In addition, people need to have a reasonable understanding of artificial meat, which can be achieved through mass media publicity. When the industry matures, consumers will trust it and have a good experience.

In the near future, artificial meat will be consistent with natural meat in the production of taste, and users can choose the color, taste and pattern of the meat themselves. In terms of nutrition and health, artificial meat can be freely matched with nutritional ingredients, and even personally customized, adding medicines to artificial meat to patients who require a large number of medications on weekdays will not only avoid the discomfort of some people on medication;,but also provide them with sufficient nutrients during their illness so that they can recover faster.So the demand for artificial meat will also be greater than natural meat.
