After watching some creative business card design cases, I designed three sketches about the layout of business cards, and each business card has front and back sides.
In the sketch, the left part is what I will add to the business card, and the right is the layout design of the business card:

A. Simple and intuitive
In Design A, I chose to promote my personal brand on side a, using my brand name ‘YUDESIGN’ (see Self Promotion Package-Logo design for details) as the main body of the screen, followed by my personal logo and web page. b-side is based on my main skills. When customers are interested in my skills, they will continue to view my personal information and contact information. This will not only provide customers with a professional, clear and concise self-promotion, It also saves customers the time spent looking through business cards to find skills. Relative to a densely packed business card full of various text messages, I believe customers will be more willing to choose business cards with clear and prominent skills and easy to view.
B. Interactive and interesting
In Design B, I enhanced the interaction between business cards and customers. This business card is composed of two parts, d and b (side b in design A) + c. B + c is the main body of the business card, and d is the outer packaging of b + c. Its working principle is: d can store business cards b + c.
In d, all the small square shapes and the lower right corner (triangle shape, which is convenient for customers to pull the cards inside to the right) are cut out. Since the b-side is a dark tone, the color of the small square of d will be changed from the original dark color (the background color of b) to white (the background color of d) in the process of pulling the theme card to the right , Just like the little monster with the big open mouth on the far right of d is absorbing the dark squares, and at the same time when the customer withdraws the business card, the monsters spit out the dark squares (as shown below). This process will increase customer interaction and impression of the business card.
In b + c, b is the original design using A, and due to the dynamic effect of the square in d, the c-plane needs to be processed into a dark tone. In the general content layout design, c and a are relatively similar, but the text field is adjusted upwards, so as not to affect the effect of the square grid in d.

C. Personalization
This card consists of two newly designed e and f faces. The particularity of this business card is that when distributing business cards to customers, they will personally write down the customer’s name under the ‘dear’ printed on the e-face, and a thank you word under the name, such as: ‘Thank you for collecting this card’ You have words like “Good Day” and attach your personal logo. The characteristics of the e-face are similar to personal customization, in that when customers have a card with their own name, it is more difficult to discard it. Will be more emotional than other ordinary printed materials.
On the f side, I will focus on my skill description, followed by the name of the personal brand, followed by personal information such as name and contact information.

summary
In the comparison of the three sketches, I finally chose Plan A. Although B and C are more interactive with customers, it is not conducive to the promotion and delivery of electronic business cards, and the design style of A is simpler and direct, which is in line with my brand image.
